° De conformidad con lo estableado por las Leyes 66 de 1916 y 32 de 1918, el Director General de Higiene y el Jefe Director de Lazaretos, por medio de resoluciones que someterán a la aprobación del Gobierno, harán los nombramientos de su dependencia, teniendo en cuenta las disposiciones de la Ley 6° del corriente año, en lo que se refiere al personal y asignaciones de los empleados respectivos. Comuníquese y publíquese.
