Art. 2.° Para el efecto de indemnizar a los empresarios de dichas obras los fondos que hubiesen anticipado a los trabajadores i que éstos no pudieren devolver,. el Poder Ejecutivo podrá emplear hasta la suma de diez mil pegos ($ 10,000), que serán incluidos en el Presupuesto de créditos adicionales al de la vijencia en curso.
