Las personas que ejercieren la farmacia sin llenar los requisitos de que trata el artículo 1º de la Ley 84 de 1946, incurrirán en una multa de cien pesos por la primera vez, y de quinientos pesos por la segunda. Las demás reincidencias serán sancionadas con la pena de arresto de seis meses a un año.
