LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 683. Contenido del requerimiento especial aduanero. El requerimiento contendrá los aspectos de la declaración aduanera que se proponen modificar; la cuantificación de los tributos aduaneros, rescate y/o las sanciones, que se proponen; la vinculación del agente de aduanas para efectos de deducir la responsabilidad que le pueda caber; así como del garante y de los terceros a que hubiere lugar; los hechos que constituyen la infracción; y las normas en que se sustentan.
