° El Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Pesquera de Colombia, CPIP, estará presidido por el Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado, y elegirá dentro de sus miembros restantes, un Vicepresidente, que recaerá en el representante de la Asociación Colombiana de Ingenieros Pesqueros, ACIP. La Secretaría Ejecutiva del Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Pesquera de Colombia, CPIP, será desempeñada por un Ingeniero Pesquero designado en reunión oficial.
