° Cuando los Ministros, Jefes de Departamentos Administrativos, Consejeros Presidenciales, Secretarios Jurídico Económico, de Organización e Inspección de la Administración Pública, de información y Prensa, Privado y SubSecretario General del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, les sea conferida por el Gobierno una comisión en el exterior, se procederá a fijar una suma diaria por concepto de viáticos, hasta por un máximo de sesenta dólares estadinenses.
