Administración del Registro Especial de Prestadores de Servicios de Salud . De conformidad con las disposiciones consagradas en este decreto y de acuerdo con las pautas que imparta el Ministerio de Salud, las entidades departamentales y distritales de salud, en sus respectivas jurisdicciones, serán responsables por la administración de la base de datos que contenga el Registro Especial de Prestadores de Servicios de Salud.
