La Nación, a través del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, podrá transferir recursos destinados a facilitar las condiciones para la financiación de vivienda, al Fondo de Reserva para la Estabilización de la Cartera Hipotecaria, para el cumplimiento de sus funciones y como elemento fundamental de la política contracíclica liderada por el Gobierno Nacional.
