° Autorízase a las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda para emitir Certificados de Ahorro de Valor Constante con plazos de entre tres (3) y seis (6) meses, los cuales estarán sujetos a los mismos requisitos y condiciones señalados en los artículos 3° y 4° del Decreto 721 de 1987.
