En los asuntos de valor inapreciable o indeterminado, así como en aquellos en que no interviene la cuantía, el Juez procederá a hacer la tasación de los honorarios tomando en cuenta la naturaleza e importancia del dictamen, dentro de los límites de cincuenta a quince mil pesos.
