El encaje que sobre depósitos en cuentas de ahorro de valor constante deben mantener las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda estará representado de la siguiente manera: dos puntos en "Nuevos Bonos de Vivienda Popular" del ICT a que se refiere el Decreto 3728 de 1982; el remanente en obligaciones de valor constante sin interés emitidas por el FAVI.
