El Libro de Matrícula se llevará en forma tal que manifieste en cualquier momento el estado jurídico de los inmuebles. Cuando la finca sea fraccionada por transferencia parcial, división, etc., a cada porción que pase a otro dueño se le destinará una página doble del Libro de Matrícula y se matriculará, haciendo las referencias del caso en la nueva matrícula y en la anterior.
