Las operaciones de la sección de Crédito Minero de la Caja Agraria, Industrial y minero, deberán distribuirse en tal forma que el sesenta por ciento (60 por 100) de los recursos de dicha Sección se destinen a préstamo que no pasen de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) cada uno, y el cuarenta por ciento (40 por 100) restantes a préstamos no mayores de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) cada uno.
