Los demandantes que carecieren de medios económicos para hacer efectiva la sentencia que en su favor se dicte, en ejercicio de las acciones de que trata esta ley, tendrán derecho preferencial a que la Caja de Crédito Agrario les suministre préstamos hasta por el monto total que hubieren de pagar.
