La sanción prevista en el artículo anterior será de seis meses a seis años de prisión, además de la multa, si llegare a producirse la insubordinación de las fuerzas armadas o el desconocimiento de las autoridades. En este caso el procesado no gozará el beneficio de excarcelación.
