Objeto y ámbito de aplicación. La presente Sección tiene por objeto reglamentar el Apoyo Académico Especial en Educación Formal en los niveles de educación preescolar, básica y media, establecido en el parágrafo 2 del artículos 14 de la Ley 1384 de 2010 y el parágrafo 2 del artículos 13 de la Ley 1388 de 2010, así como el apoyo emocional que dichas normas consagran a favor de los beneficiarios de la presente Sección y su familia.
