No se excluye la pensión de jubilación y la cesantía que hoy reconocen las leyes. A partir de la vigencia de esta Ley se suspenderán los descuentos que se están haciendo por concepto de cesantías ya pagadas, y sin derecho a reembolso por lo ya descontado.
