El seguro de vida no se entenderá terminado una vez que hayan sido cubiertas las primas correspondientes a los dos primeros años de su vigencia, sino cuando el valor de las primas atrasadas y el de los préstamos efectuados con sus intereses, excedan del valor de cesión o rescate a que se refiere el Artículo siguiente.
