Art. 46. En los contratos que se hagan para la consecución del material para las obras, debe estipularse que no se llevará semanalmente á cada una sino los que se necesiten estrictamente. Queda por tanto prohibido hacer depósitos á cuenta de lo que pueda necesitarse. Corresponde al Jefe de la Sección 2ª reglamentar el pedido, de acuerdo con el Director de Obras públicas.
