º . Modificar el artículo noveno (9º) del Decreto 177 de 2008, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 9º. Implementación . Los sistemas de vigilancia electrónica se implementarán en el Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, iniciando con un plan piloto que se desarrollará entre el 1º de diciembre de 2008 y el 31 de diciembre de 2010. El Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia evaluará los resultados del plan piloto y definirá la continuidad del sistema en los demás Distritos Judiciales, previa viabilidad técnica y presupuestal del Gobierno Nacional".
