ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.29 . REDESCUENTO DE CARTERA. Para que las obligaciones en cartera de un establecimiento bancario puedan ser redescontadas por el Banco de la República, no es óbice que estén suscritas por un deudor principal y un fiador, o por varias personas que ocupen alguna de estas situaciones jurídicas. Se presume de derecho que en los casos en que el título sea originariamente otorgado a favor de un banco, los fiadores renuncian al beneficio de excusión.
