°. Autorización. De conformidad con lo establecido en el numeral 2 del artículo 3° del Decreto 4819 de 2010, el Consejo Directivo del Fondo Adaptación, podrá autorizar de manera general a la Gerencia del Fondo para la celebración de contratos en atención a la cuantía o al objeto del mismo.
