Artículo tercero. Derógase el Decreto número 1636 de 1944. De consiguiente, las reuniones o manifestaciones .públicas en todo el territorio nacional se regirán por lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 853 de 1942 y demás disposiciones vigentes antes del 10 de julio.
