Facúltase al Gobierno para pagarle al doctor Roberto Luis Restrepo la suma de mil ciento treinta y tres pesos ($ 1.133) que devengó como Interventor Fiscal de Obras Públicas Nacionales, en los días comprendidos del 22 de febrero al 1º d mayo de 1928, tomando dicha suma del saldo que tiene el artículo 517 del capítulo 67, del Presupuesto de la actual vigencia.
