Art 1.° Los Catedráticos de la Universidad serán elejidos por el Director jeneral de la Instruccion Universitaria, de las ternas que le pase la Junta de Inspeccion i Gobierno. Estas ternas se formarán siempre que quede vacante alguno de los espresados empleos, i por lo menos quince dias antes de que termine el período de los respectivos empleados. El Director jeneral puede pedir hasta des ternas más para la eleccion de cada Catedrático, si asi lo estimare conveniente.
