Son Condiciones Generales De La Admisión Al Servicio Público: A) Haber Cumplido Con Los Deberes Militares; B) Estar A Paz Y Salvo Con El Tesoro Público; Y C) No Tener Enfermedad Contagiosa

º. Son condiciones generales de la admisión al servicio público

Haber cumplido con los deberes militares;

Estar a paz y salvo con el Tesoro Público; y

No tener enfermedad contagiosa. Para efectos de esta disposición se considerarán contagiosas las siguientes enfermedades: lepra, tuberculosis abierta, plan en su período eruptivo y las enfermedades venéreas en período agudo.
