C.) elabore en desarrollo de los contratos que celebre con el Gobierno de acuerdo con el artículo anterior, requerirá la aprobación del Ministerio del ramo, mediante concepto favorable de la respectiva Sección de Planeación Técnica, según sea la obra a ejecutar.
