De la reglamentación especial del régimen . La periodicidad y el trámite para el pago de los aportes, la fijación de tasas de interés en caso de mora, las sanciones por incumplimiento o violación de las obligaciones que impone el régimen de los seguros sociales y, en general, los mecanismos para garantizar el recaudo, serán objeto de reglamentación especial, con arreglo a las normas del presente Decreto.
