El Régimen Solidario de Prima Media con Prestación Definida es administrado por el Instituto de Seguros Sociales, ISS, y mientras subsistan respecto de sus afiliados, por las cajas, fondos o entidades del sector público o privado en los términos establecidos en la Ley 100 de 1993 y demás normas que les sean aplicables.
