º INSCRIPCION. Para los efectos de la Ley 117 de 1985, deberán inscribirse obligatoriamente en el Fondo previa calificación hecha por éste, las instituciones financieras distintas del Banco de la República. Inicialmente y mientras la Junta Directiva del Fondo no determine otra cosa, podrán inscribirse en el mismo los establecimientos bancarios, las corporaciones financieras y las compañías de financiamiento comercial. La Junta Directiva establecerá los criterios, prioridades y plazos de afiliación de las demás instituciones.
