° Las prestaciones sociales del personal docente nacionalizado, que se causen a partir del 30 de diciembre de 1989, así como los correspondientes reajustes y la sustitución de pensiones que se reconozcan a partir de dicha fecha, son de responsabilidad de la Nación y serán pagados por intermedio del Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio.
