Determinación de la competencia para dictar sentencia. El Juez de primera instancia, antes de dictar sentencia, examinará si de acuerdo con los hechos debatidos y probados en la audiencia sigue siendo o no competente para sentenciar. En caso de que lo sea, proferirá el fallo correspondiente; si no lo fuere, mediante auto de sustanciación, lo enviará a quien considere competente.
