°. Obligaciones y derechos remanentes del Fondo Nacional de Regalías en Liquidación. Concluido el proceso de liquidación, los bienes, derechos y obligaciones remanentes, previamente determinados por el Liquidador, serán transferidos a la Nación - Departamento Nacional de Planeación. El Liquidador, en cumplimiento del artículo 35 del Decreto-ley número 254 de 2000, realizará los actos necesarios para el traspaso de esos activos, pasivos, derechos y obligaciones si a ello hubiere lugar.
