ARTICULO 131 . LIMITACIONES AL DESARROLLO DE SU OBJETO.- El Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales no podrá iniciar nuevas operaciones en desarrollo de su objeto y conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para los actos tendientes a su liquidación y a concluir los proyectos en ejecución. Los contratos que al cumplirse el plazo de un (1) año no hubieren sido ejecutados en su integridad serán cedidos a la Nación a través del organismo interesado.
