Las disposiciones establecidas en la presente ley correspondientes a la votación nominal y pública, la votación ordinaria, se aplicarán a las demás corporaciones públicas de elección popular en el nivel departamental, distrital y municipal, e igualmente lo dispuesto en el artículo 131 antes previsto, sobre votación secreta.
