Prohibición. El funcionario o empleado que dentro de un plan colectivo de retiro compensado, en la modalidad de mixto, presente dentro del término señalado para el efecto, solicitud de retiro voluntario, no podrá ser declarado insubsistente dentro de la vigencia del respectivo plan.
