Esta Superintendencia además de las facultades previstas en los artículos 82 a 87 de la Ley 222 de 1995, tiene respecto de las sociedades que desarrollan actividades Multinivel o de mercadeo en red, las siguientes facultades consagradas en el artículo 8 de la Ley 1700 de 2013 y desarrolladas en el Decreto 1074 de 2015:
