Validez De Los Títulos Otorgados En Estados Miembros Del Convenio “andrés Bello”

Validez de los títulos otorgados en Estados Miembros del Convenio “Andrés Bello”. Los certificados de estudios de enseñanza básica primaria, básica secundaria y media vocacional completos o parciales, básica secundaria y media vocacional completos o parciales, realizados en cualquiera de los Estados Miembros del Convenio “Andrés Bello”, serán válidos en Colombia para todos los efectos legales en la forma que hayan sido expedidos en los países de origen, siempre que estén debidamente aprobados por el Ministerio de Educación respectivo y autenticadas por el funcionario consultar de Colombia.
