A los asalariados que de conformidad con la presente ley no están obligados a presentar declaración de renta, patrimonio y ganancias ocasionales, no les son aplicables, en lo pertinente, los artículos 1° numeral 1° literales a), b) y c); 15, 17, 18, 44, 45, 46, 47 incisos 1° y 2°.; 48, 84, 85, 88 y 94 del Decreto 2053 de 1974; los artículos 2°, 3°, 6° parágrafos 1° y 2° y el artículo 7° literal a) de la Ley 20 de 1979 ; los artículos 1°., 2° y 7° de la Ley 9 a . de 1983; los artículos 21 y 22 de la Ley 14 de 1982 ; y las demás normas que sean contrarias a las previsiones de esta ley.
