ARTICULO 2.1.2.3.7 . LIQUIDACION. El Banco de la República calculará mensualmente e informará con idéntica periodicidad a las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda, para cada uno de los días del mes siguiente, los valores en moneda legal de la Unidad de Poder Adquisitivo Constante -UPAC -, calculada así: al cuarenta y cinco por ciento (45%) de la variación resultante en el índice nacional de precios al consumidor (total ponderado) elaborado por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística -DANE- para el período de los doce (12) meses inmediatamente anteriores, se le adicionará el treinta y cinco por ciento (35%) del promedio de la tasa variable DTF calculada por el Banco de la República para el mes inmediatamente anterior.
