º. Funciones de la Oficina Jurídica. Son funciones de la Oficina Jurídica

1.

Asesorar a la Gerencia General y demás dependencias del Instituto en asuntos de carácter jurídico, absolver las consultas y emitir los conceptos respectivos.

2.

Atender y coordinar con las demás dependencias del Instituto los procesos judiciales y llevar la representación judicial y extrajudicial del Instituto.

3.

Preparar instrucciones y directrices sobre material jurídico y aplicación de normas y coordinar las actividades en los aspectos legales del Instituto, para unificar los criterios correspondientes.

4.

Compilar y difundir las normas jurídicas, jurisprudencia, doctrina y conceptos relacionados con la legislación agraria y objetivos del Instituto

5.

Responder por la aplicación de los mecanismos del sistema de control interno en el ámbito de la Oficina.

6.

Las demás que le sean asignadas y correspondan a la naturaleza de la dependencia.
