- TRANSFERENCIAS DE INVERSION SOCIAL. 15 puntos como mínimo de las transferencia de inversión social destinadas a salud de que trata el nral.2 del artículo 22 de la Ley 60 de 1993. Los 10 puntos restantes deberán invertirse de conformidad con el nral. 2 del artículo 21 de la Ley 60 de 19933, exceptuando el pago de subsidios. Adicionalmente, durante el período 1994-1997 10 puntos de la transferencia de libre asignación de que trata el
