º La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro determinará la fecha a partir de la cual comenzarán a prestar el servicio las oficinas de que trata el artículo 1º de este Decreto y tomará las medidas conducentes para el traslado de archivos y la instrucción de los nuevos empleados. Entre tanto el servicio continuará prestándose como se realiza en la actualidad.
