Objeto. El presente Decreto reglamenta la forma en la que las entidades públicas del orden nacional, podrán depurar la cartera a su favor cuando sea de imposible recaudo, con el propósito de que sus estados financieros revelen en forma fidedigna la realidad económica, financiera y patrimonial.
