Adquisición de bienes muebles. La adquisición de bienes muebles que requiere el Instituto se hará conforme a las disposiciones del Decreto 2370 de 1068. Las compras directas que pueda realizar, de acuerdo con el mismo Decreto, se ajustarán a las disposiciones generales vigentes sobre la materia y a las particulares que se consagren en los actos de la Junta Directiva.
