Comprende los empleos públicos de los centros educativos y escuelas de formación del Sector Defensa, cuyas funciones están asociadas al proceso educativo formal, al aprendizaje y entrenamiento de técnicas y tecnologías existentes en el Sector Defensa; o cuya naturaleza corresponda a funciones de orientación y acompañamiento espiritual de los servidores públicos y sus familias que integran el sector defensa, dentro de los planes, programas y proyectos institucionales.
