Artículo cuarto. Las infracciones a lo dispuesto en este Decreto, serán sancionadas por el Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario, "IDEMA", con la cancelación de la licencia, sin perjuicio de poder hacer efectiva la fianza otorgada.
