Reuniones de los comités departamentales, distritales y/o municipales. Los comités se reunirán de manera ordinaria una vez cada dos meses y de manera extraordinaria cuando las circunstancias lo exijan; de dichas reuniones se dejará constancia en un acta firmada por todos los asistentes al comité.
