El Administrador de la Oficina está facultado para imponer multas, mediante resoluciones, en los casos y en las cuantías especificadas por la Ley 90 de 1946 y decretos que la complementan, en especial los Estatutos del Instituto. Las resoluciones correspondientes a multas, una vez agotados los recursos internos, prestarán mérito ejecutivo ante la Justicia del Trabajo.
