El Poder Ejecutivo dará cumplimiento a esta Ley por conducto de la Junta Directiva del Ferrocarril del Pacifico, la cual queda autorizada para sufragar los gastos correspondientes, tomándolos de los fondos destinados para la construcción de dicho ferrocarril.
